Level 1, Sobriety

Intensive Outpatient: PHP, IOP, OP

Level 1 of your recovery starts with the choice to be sober, and for most people, is fear-based, “I am going to die if I don’t get help.” Our fear of dying or the realization that we cannot manage our life drives the need to be supported. Pain and fear is driving our decision-making.

At Mind Dynamics, we invite you to consider your willingness to be helped makes you stronger, not weak. Your desire to have your life makes you extraordinary, not worthless.  We invite you to:

  • come from your commitment to your life
  • fall in love with what is possible for you and the people you love

Mind Dynamics is an outpatient clinic and sober community that takes an educational approach to recovery from substance use disorder and behavioral addiction. Mind Dynamics offers an evidence-based partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient program (OP).

  • Our PHP is up to 7 days a week that includes individual and group therapy
  • Our IOP is up to 3 days a week, and our OP is one day a week.

Mind Dynamics aims to make recovery fun. Our groups are experiential. We may do hula hoops or watch a movie clip to learn about what inspires healing and long-term recovery.

Your First Time

Depending on where you are in your recovery journey, whether this is your first time choosing sobriety or a chronic relapse, our mission is to support you in achieving long-term recovery that is grounded in real-world results.  We are not interested in pipe dreams and false motivation that wears off. Mind Dynamics is inspired by behaviors that build internal inspiration that drives success in the real world.

Relapsed

If you have relapsed and or you are a chronic relapser, then we encourage you to consider there is something missing from your recovery process.  There is nothing wrong with you, you do not have to change, but rather something is missing.

Our goal is to help you discover what drove your relapse in a way that identifies the thinking, feeling, speaking, and perceiving that triggered your relapse.  Surface-level thinking, like you got upset, will not suffice. We have to dive deep to explore the true nature of your choices so that you are free to choose sobriety and the type of long-term recovery that leads to life extraordinary and sober.
